Stories and standards

Serious criticism needs careful language.

The project gives space to people who feel harmed by institutional decisions, while keeping a clear line between testimony, commentary and verifiable information.

Стадион и зрители как пространство общественной дискуссии
Clear reader trustPersonal accounts, public debate and sport analysis are labelled separately.

Personal testimony

A story told by a family is presented as that family’s account. The page may explain why the story matters, but it should not pretend that every disputed detail has already been proven.

Child privacy

The dignity of children comes before drama. Identifying details should be avoided when they do not help the reader understand the public issue.

Public debate

Criticism of Barnevernet and public authorities is strongest when it is precise. The reader should understand what is alleged, what is documented and what remains a matter of opinion.

Why sport appears on the site

The Norway football section is not a distraction. It continues the core theme of responsibility under scrutiny. A national team, like an institution, is judged by preparation, communication and the quality of decisions made under pressure.

Reader promise

Readable, sharp and fair

The site can be critical without losing credibility. The tone is firm, but the structure protects readers from confusion.

01

No forced language choice

English opens first. Russian is always one click away through a visible language switch.

02

No empty certainty

Social criticism and sports forecasts both show the limits of what can be concluded.

03

Premium reading flow

The design uses strong visual rhythm so long texts feel like a magazine, not a document dump.
